Customer satisfaction

I think this should be mentioned somewhere. To anyone that had experience with DHL the number one feature of the company is how bad they are at their jobs.

Lack of neutrality

I see a lot of DHL sources and greenwashing here. Critical reports and non primary sources are missing. For example glossing over teh fact how DHLs hub in Leipzig came about : "On 21 October 2004, DHL Express announced that it planned to move its European hub from Brussels to Leipzig"- a DHL pree release! Leipzigs dire need of jobs and the heavy duty government subsidy that made this possibleis totally omitted. The night flight business creating havoc for people who live nearby is omitted. Proposed merge of Packfleet into DHL
